W3NN HELPER BOT

PRIVACY POLICY

Last Updated: July 12, 2026

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how W3NN Helper ("the Bot") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Bot on Discord.

1. Information We Collect

To provide its services, the Bot may collect and process the following data:

  • Discord Identifiers: Discord User IDs, Server (Guild) IDs, Channel IDs, and Role IDs.
  • User Content: Command text and parameters sent directly to the Bot to execute commands.
  • Server Data: Server configuration settings chosen by server administrators for the Bot.

Note: W3NN Helper does not collect personal information such as your real name, email address, phone number, or payment details.

2. How We Use the Information

The collected information is used solely to:

  • Execute bot commands and features.
  • Maintain and remember server-specific configurations (e.g., custom prefixes, logging channels).
  • Prevent abuse, spam, and ensure the security of the Bot's services.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

  • Retention: We only store configuration data and identifiers for as long as the Bot remains in your server or as long as necessary to provide the service.
  • Deletion: Server configuration data is automatically scheduled for deletion if the Bot is removed (kicked/banished) from a server.
  • Manual Deletion Request: Users can request the manual deletion of any data associated with their Discord ID or Server ID by reaching out directly to the developer juw3nn on Discord.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your data to outside parties. Your data remains strictly within the scope of Discord and the Bot's hosting environment.

5. Agreement

By adding W3NN Helper to your server, you consent to this Privacy Policy.

If you have any questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy, please contact the bot developer team or juw3nn on Discord.
