Welcome to W3NN Helper ("the Bot"). By adding the Bot to your Discord server or using its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Bot.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting W3NN Helper to your Discord server or interacting with it in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and Usage

  • You must comply with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times while using the Bot.
  • You agree not to use the Bot for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
  • You must not attempt to disrupt, exploit, or reverse-engineer the Bot's operations, APIs, or infrastructure.

3. Disruption and Termination

  • We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend access to the Bot for any server or user who violates these Terms, the Discord Terms of Service, or engages in abusive behavior (such as spamming commands or attempting to crash the Bot).
  • The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the developer(s) of W3NN Helper be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Bot.

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the Bot or in our official Discord server, if applicable. Continued use of the Bot after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
