Complete step-by-step tutorial on how to use the Enchant Builder and Effect Builder — from selecting targets to copy-ready commands.

Enchant Builder

Generate /give commands with custom enchantments for Java Edition 1.13+

Open Enchant Builder

Click the Enchant item in the left sidebar menu (or launch it from the homepage grid cards). Click "I Understand & Agree" to dismiss the disclaimer popup modal when loading for the first time.

Search for Items

Type the item name into the Item Search input (e.g. Diamond Sword). Click the matching result from the dropdown suggestions to select it.

You can search with partial queries, such as "dia" to list all Diamond items.

Configure Target Player

After selecting the item, it will show in the preview card. You can configure the target player selector (default is @p for the nearest player).

Add Enchantments

Under the Enchantment section, search for your desired enchantment (e.g. Sharpness) and select it from the suggestions dropdown.

Enchant Builder supports 41 enchantments including level values beyond vanilla limits (up to level 255)!

Configure Level & Apply

After selecting the enchantment, adjust its level spinner (1–255). Click Add Enchantment to append it to your active list. Repeat this process to stack multiple enchantments.

Copy Command Output

Scroll down to view the final Command Output. Click the Copy Command button to copy the command script, then paste it directly in-game by opening your chat terminal using T or /.

Make sure you are in Creative mode or have operator privileges (/op) to execute /give commands in Minecraft.
